At any time of day, people come to enjoy tea or a Parisian craft beer on the terrace. Around the bar, guests share generous plates, raise a glass over a good bottle of natural wine, and dance to the sound of Babel Radio. Under the glass roof, small dishes are shared by couples, families, or friends.
Ernest has settled into the large hall of Babel and spills out into the small pedestrian street, offering generous, local, organic, and plant-based cuisine from morning to evening—all while helping fund food aid and supporting professional integration.
For Joris Bruneel, founder of Babel, “welcoming Ernest to Babel and creating a vibrant place where good food goes hand in hand with solidarity multiplies our positive impact on neighborhood life, society, and the future.”
